RETURN POLICY

For everyone’s safety, All sales are final

Due to COVID 19 situation, we are temporarily amending our return policy effective immediately. we are temporarily unable to accept returns on purchases both in-store and online. We will not be accepting any returns until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

In order to better serve our customers, Return and Exchange policy have been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales receipt, sejongbiotech.us digital packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via credit card within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from Sejong BioTech, Inc online or off line store within 30 days.
  • When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt or proof of purchase, the customers won’t be able to process return for either opened or unopened merchandise.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
  • We will provide return shipping label, if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
  • All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the address
  • For your protection, we recommend that you keep UPS receipt for your return.

Return Exceptions

  • Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
    After you use more than 7 days portion of the product.
  • Sejong Biotech products sold by unauthorized sellers.
  • Any bottled product which is opened.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • We make every effort to ship your order in great condition. Unfortunately, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. Please contact a Customer Service Representative within 7 days of delivery at 1-877-256-7671.
  • Please supply the Representative with your order number, product name, and photos. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
  • Sejong BioTech, Inc will make every reasonable effort to replace the item. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you keep UPS receipt for your return.
